In the end it is action that counts.
Before I can get thin I have to forgo sugar and starch.
Before I can run fast I have to forgo cigarettes and cannabis.
For things to change, I must change first. I must manage my mood swings. I must get well.
I have one more year to the 2020 Marathon.
I need peace of mind. The only way is to not smoke anymore.
My salvation is running..
